Discussed an order, went through details to make sure it was right. Set it up but unfortunately no sign of payment - when I checked if all was okay, they wanted to change the item completely. I explained it wasn’t possible and have been blanked since. Would have preferred more open and honest communication as I hate leaving poor reviews

Asked to buy an item, order set up but nothing since. Politely asked if he still wanted the items which he opened the messages of and just ignored. Would have appreciated a bit of communication really either way so not a great experience
