Our first interactions were fantastic. Videos, product, communication, all of the charts. Then, 4 weeks ago, another order placed and silence. Reached out, found she had an accident at work, but was okay. Said she’d get the order right out. Told her , get well, don’t rush it. Never heard back again. Very sad.Ill gladly change it back to 5 stars if I hear from her.
