Ripe pits, well worn sweaty shirts, used and abused jocks (with loads of c*m and pi*s for me to suck on) and rank socks get me hard instantly. The stronger the scent, the harder I get. I work abroad at sea, so sometimes it can take a while for me to reply. Also I don't usually order as often as I'd like as it takes a long time for the packages to reach me.
I am not online as much as I'd like and more often than not I don't have enough time to answer to all the nice messages you guys send. That doesn't mean I am being a jerk - I just don't have a lot of time and I will try my best to reply back whenever I can (which can take days...).
