Approached me asking for several different things, finally decided on my Beginner’s Drain Wheel. He spun, I sent a confirmation video of his result. He then backed out of the order and said it was above his budget and he didn’t want to pay it. The price range of the wheel is clearly shown in the listing, so there’s no excuse for this. Absolutely a time-waster and looking for whatever cheap/free stuff he can scam off you.
