Order paid on 4th, then no reply. The next day I had to ask when the video was going to be made. She told me she had several orders before mine and would take care of them during the day. Then, still without any news, I asked again and she told me she was preparing for the hurricane that was coming 2 days later (knowing there was a hurricane, she could have postponed the order and payment). Then she told me she'd been hit by the hurricane and since then, nothing. I'll change the review if I receive my order.

Order was placed and paid on October 5th, she told me she'd have the video sent within about 3 days, made no mention of being in an area that would be affected by a hurricane until 2 days after taking payment for the order.

Will update this review IF I recieve the video I already paid for.

Order placed Sept 26, 2024. No video received. I understand her area was hit with a devasting storm however the order was put in before that event occurred.
