This guy is seriously pathetic for leaving such a shitty review. I sent him clear evidence from Evri that the parcel was damaged in transit and therefore they had written it off. Even provided with a certificate. He would have been notified of this on his end but instead decided to keep quiet and didn't offer out any refund.
