As much as I hate to leave a bad review I have to this person set up an order for a custom video and I asked them would you like me to set up an order for this and they said yes I always do that before just to make sure we're on the same page that they are agreeing to pay for it immediately I gave this person over 24 hours multiple reminders and everything they said they were going to pay for it in a little bit immediately after setting it up however it has been over 48 hours at this point and there has been no payment and no contact. I would love to change this review if they will pay for their order but unfortunately I don't think that's going to happen. Spent quite a bit of time chit-chatting with them and this is why I used to not work with brand new accounts with no purchases or reviews and I think I'm going to go back to that. As a top five seller on this entire site my review is highly respected which is why I always try and give people a chance and let them know I will be leaving this review so they can pay and this person did not care do not waste your time with them they are not worth it and they will not pay. So many reminders and chances given to this person and nothing. It was also made clear payment is needed immediately upon time of order and like I said I even asked them if they want to set up an order as well so wtf 🤦🏼‍♀️
