This seller is friendly and approachable. However this seller unfortunately let me down. Agreed 2 videos for £12 to be delivered that evening. Didn’t deliver either that evening. Delivered one the next day and then assured me the other, which also never came. Charged me £12 for both, but then said she charged me £8 for one and £4 for the other so only gave me £4 back. Although there was no discussion about how much they were individually or separate sales, so seeing she didn’t deliver either in the agreed time and the other not at all, I think a £4 refund is unreasonable….
