Buyer approached me wanting to purchase 7 pairs of satin panties. I worked out a deal because he was ordering so many. He later comes back and asks just to purchase 2 of the pairs and 10 photos. I created the order for him. A few days went by and no payment was received. I checked in and asked if he was still interested or if I should cancel the order. He told me he was busy and he would pay the next day. I like to try and give buyers the option of canceling instead of ghosting me at payment by reaching out to follow up via email. This is also my way of trying not to leave a negative review by giving them the chance to communicate. He said he’d pay the following day, so I left it alone. Fast forward 2 weeks later, still no communication and no payment. I’ve since canceled the order. As a seller who has to pay to be on this site, I don’t appreciate having my time wasted. Another buyer was interested in 1 of the pairs of panties this buyer wanted to purchase and I missed out on a possible sale by turning him away, due to creating the order for this buyer and trying to allow him the time to pay. Communication is key! If you changed your mind or something came up, say something. Don’t ghost a seller at payment! I’m open to changing my review if this buyer follows through on his original commitment.
