Charged me $40 for 4 minutes of custom content and then I was sent a video that was clearly a short clip ,repeated on a loop, until it reached 4 minutes in length. When I asked why is the footage repeated she kept replying with "you asked for 4 minutes you got 4 minutes" I was even blocked until I reported the profile and then was unblocked afterwards so that she could try to cover it up and tell me I was being unreasonable. Charging me for 4 minutes of content and giving me a looped clip to appear that it is 4 minutes definitely feels like a huge rip off!
