I placed an order. Asked for a refund a couple of hours later when I realized my bills had been charged to my bank account and it went negative, but said that I would order it later and just needed to wait a few more days. He instead, created a shipping label anyway and proceeded to tell me that the refund would take 2 weeks anyway so that it wouldn’t help me, and that the package had already been sent out anyway. If I paid for extra days, I would think it would take more than 1 day to get it ready. 🙃 also, tracking shows that the package wasn’t dropped off yet. Crazy…

I told him it doesn’t take 2 weeks for the refund and that I can see the package wasn’t dropped off and now I’m being harassed. He told me I’m mentally ill and committing fraud because I asked for a refund. He got angry fast and resulted to insults. Sad to see a grown man act like this toward a kid…
